This 29 km one-way route follows the Saseginaga River through Zec Kipawa in Témiscamingue, north of Béarn. It starts at the Albert Creek launch, runs a short stretch of creek and river to Lac des Cinq Milles, then continues down the Saseginaga to the sandy shores of Lac Ostaboningue, where a boat ramp on the northwest side serves as the finish. Three short portages bypass the rapid below Lac B.-L., the rapids at the Lac des Cinq Milles bridge and the Saseginaga rapid. Paddling Magazine suggests two to three days, and a shuttle between the two ends is needed. Coop de l'Arrière-Pays, an outfitter in Ville-Marie, runs a guided three-day version it rates intermediate. Zec Kipawa requires registration before entry and charges camping fees per tent per night. Island and beach campsites sit along Lac des Cinq Milles and Lac Ostaboningue.
