About

The Hollow River – Dividing Lake access point is a landing on Livingstone Lake, outside the park. From Highway 35, 1.1 km north of Dorset, take Kawagama Lake Road for 0.8 km, then Livingstone Lake Road for 23.1 km. The route runs through Bear and Kimball lakes, then over the Golden Staircase, a portage of about 2.7 km, to Rockaway Lake. Shorter portages lead on to Minkey Lake and to Dividing Lake, which is inside Algonquin.
